DAVID LIGHTFOOT
Designed by 51% Architects, this project involved the very unusual opening up of two closet wing extensions to previously linked terraced properties – with the owners in residence!
Extensive structural steelwork was required to support the new span, both for the upper floor and for the expansive views to the garden. Danish bricks provided the subtle facade with a deep pocket into which the glass doors disappeared.
